Hormonal Evaluation (Baseline Androgen Status)

• Total Testosterone (morning sample, 7–10 AM, fasting)
• Free Testosterone
• Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG)
• Luteinizing Hormone (LH)
• Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH)
• Estradiol (E2)
• Prolactin

Purpose: confirm primary vs secondary hypogonadism and baseline estrogen balance.

Prostate Assessment

• PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen)

Hematological Panel

• Complete Blood Count (CBC)

During your consultation, your Hormone Specialist will:

• Review your previous and current medical history and current symptoms
• Analyse your blood test results
• Identify possible imbalances
• Discuss how Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) can help restore your hormone and address your main health concerns
• Explain benefits, risks, and expectations of TRT
• Provide you with a highly personalized lifestyle and supplement protocol

Note: Should a physical examination be needed, we'll refer you to a trusted centre near you.

For New Patients:

After your consultation:

1. The doctor prepares your personalised TRT prescription for an initial 2-month period
2. We share the pricing of your TRT prescription prior to making any payment
3. Once payment is completed, the pharmacy prepares your medication
4. Your prescription is delivered to your location anywhere in the world

We begin with a 2-month plan to monitor how your body responds to treatment.

Based on your progress and updated tests, prescriptions may be issued for 3 months, 4, 5 or 6 months: 

• Review Consultation [if you require to speak to your doctor] - AED 750 + VAT
• Repeat Prescription [if you only require a repeat prescription] - AED 500 + VAT

After your initial 2-month treatment period, you must book a Review Consultation.

This allows the doctor to:

• Assess how your  body responded to your Testosterone Treatment (TRT)
• Adjust dosage if needed
• Review new blood results
  • Limited 4-5 blood test parameters required - Testosterone Total, Haematocrit (via FBC), Estradiol, PSA
  • Your doctor may ask you to complete some additional parameters depending on some underlying medical condition

Review Consultation Fee: AED 750 + VAT
This is your follow-up fee, separate from your Initial Consultation. Any appointment beyond the first 2-month phase is treated as a new consultation.
