Nira was born in Tehran, Iran, where her academic journey began with the study of French language and linguistics. Her passion for languages led her to continue her studies in France and Canada before she moved to Houston, Texas, to pursue a Master’s degree in Education. However, her life took a transformative turn in 2012 when she was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. This health challenge became the catalyst for a profound shift in her career and personal journey.
Determined to heal, Dr. Nira immersed herself in research, embracing this diagnosis as an opportunity for self-empowerment and growth. By adopting a new diet and lifestyle and addressing the emotional roots of her illness through mind-body medicine, she healed on every level. This journey ignited a deep love for holistic and natural medicine, and she wholeheartedly embraced her calling: to guide others on their paths to healing, thriving, and living beyond their wildest dreams.

Pharmacist and BHRT Specialist
Born in Tehran in 1962, Homajun Nobacht competed his Pharmacy studies at the Goethe University in Frankfurt in 1995.
Homajun has dedicated his life to the development of and working with bioidentical hormones with a total experience being over 25 years. He leads a Team of Pharmasists who offer personalised formulations for patients in the context of bioidentical hormone therapy and anti-ageing.
The base product for bioidentical hormones produced by the pharmacy is obtained from a yam root, the ingredients of which are the so-called diosgenins and these have a structure that is similar to our sex hormones. The diosgenins are then semi-enzymatically converted to progesterone, pregnenolone, DHEA, testosterone and estradiol using Marker methods.
We use these hormones in micronized form, which is very important for the bioidentical hormones to work. The micronization and dispersion in olive oil ensures that the hormones bypass the first pass effect without damaging the liver in the long-term.
