Sophie Offers a Foundational Functional Health Assessment which consists of:
- One intake call (60mins) which will involve a thorough discussion of your health history, goals, and desired outputs.
- A detailed Health Summary Report and Health Action plan which outlines:

- What’s likely contributing to your symptoms and why this is happening
- Supplement protocol
- Diet recommendations
- Lifestyle recommendations i.e. for managing stress, detoxifying the home, better sleep hygiene
- Comprehensive analysis of existing test results from a functional health perspective
- Suggestions for any additional testing
- One follow up call to be scheduled within one month of receiving the follow up report.
